Recreation stairs and stage in connection with the existing amphitheater redefines and adds to the social significance of the space in front of the city library. At the end of the busy square, against the background of the city library building, is a new, quiet place. Place to sit, meet, talk, or relax with a book. Each city has its anniversaries, seasonal outdoor events, concerts, summer cinemas and performances that will find their audience here. And it will be busy here before the elections. The responsible city officials will reassure the townspeople about their visions. So let it serve well!
