The city is a place built by people, for people. City districts, squares, courtyards and streets are civic spaces with the imprint of historical events of the city and the fates of its inhabitants. We start from the context of the place. We are aware of and respect the continuity of the city’s growth over time, with all the positive and negative consequences. We work with the means of expression, structure, scale and morphology of small town buildings and create a new part of it.
We are building New Žďár.
